MP4 is a digital multimedia format. MP4 files are movie or other video pictures that use the MPEG-4 compression algorithm container format.
MPEG-4 compression is a standard that was developed by the well known Moving Pictures Experts Group consortium (MPEG) . This is commonly used for sharing files wit the .MP4 extension over the Internet.
How to open MP4 files
- Locate your .mp4
- If you are using a computer, double click on it or right click on it.
- If you are using a mobile device tap on it.
- In the open with option select a program from the list.
- If there is not any program you will have to download and install it.
